Summer clothing to soon

Every year these retail stores just like they do with the Holidays, end up pushing out seasonal stuff way to soon. Take Winter clothes, they are all on clearance right now. Hats, gloves, etc. They already have swim suits out, t-shirts, sandals etc. This is great for us that live in places that are maybe mid-way though the winter season. But not everyone runs off a California climate.

Up here in the Northern states we may not get out of winter until May or June.

This happens for almost anything seasonal.  Winter is already here.  Anyone that needed new coats/hats/gloves/etc bought them before winter or at the very start.  Part way through there's not nearly as many folks that are going to be looking.  Now we've had some very cold temps and the shortest day of the year, so days are getting longer, temps will start to slowly climb - people are going to be thinking about warm times and getting the items they need.   The frugal will be out looking for deals on the seasonal items no one else is looking for any longer
