Depends on what Jerome has to say. He'll probably come out hawkish but the underlying economy numbers are starting to weaken which could offset things.

You also have a funny definition of "crash" lol. Still near all time highs.
 
And more importantly he said that another rate hike is unlikely. That is the moment the market jumped up.
