Infrastructure test on America and other countries

 
I find it odd that the captain of the ship that crashed into the bridge is Ukraine. Ukraine came out and said they did it. The Whitehouse said the are paying for the entire thing so there won’t be an independent investigation, sounds like a cover up to me.
