Great price on this. I think they normally are around $100-120.

I've been impressed with WD's external hard drives, never had a crash. Seagate on the other hand, had theirs go out 4 times which I replaced through warranty, let's just say I don't save anything to it anymore. (Note, they even gave me a different model line which still went bad within weeks).
 
At one time Seagate use to be top of the line. But yes WD does own the market now. Samsung for SSD.
 
I think the deal changed on you. Clicked your link to see if it was USB 3 or not, but now that link gets me to a deal on the Ninja QB1004.30 Black Master Prep food processor looking machine. But hey, at least it has patented ninja technology...
