This is really stupid. It's not a gas stove problem, it's a lack of ventilation that most houses don't have even just a kitchen hood vent to the outside.
It astonished me that building code doesn't include good ventilation and how builders almost never put in vents to the outside in the kitchen. Those recirculating microwave vents with filter are worthless. Steam, grease, and odors, boy I sure love those staying inside no matter the oven type.

Keep an eye on this ‘Carbon Aware’ stuff. You will see this more and more on anything that you charge in fact they will limit your charging or usage by this, all in the name of climate change.
