A satellite capable of creating earthquakes and wildfires?

Does the U.S. or another country have the capability to create earthquakes from space? With the recent large earthquake over in Turkey, I noticed in some of the older posts here on Fluxoid a common theme. Swirling clouds in the sky, strange cloud rainbows etc. This seems to happen right before a large earthquake. It's almost like something large rips though our atmosphere and then does something to the Earth's crust. What do you think? It would be an ultimate weapon.

I mostly believe these to be natural phenomenons. Not to rule out darker intentions or experiments though.

What blows my mind, is basically as of this moment we are technically being invaded by UFOs until proven otherwise, and no one seems to care.

Quite a few photos coming out today showing what looks like a laser beam starting the fire that destroyed Maui. A few countries have this technology. What do you think from the photos?
