I am sure most of you have heard of this type of beef only available in Japan. It's know for it's high marbling fat content. You can't get the real stuff here in America though. But they do try to duplicate it though and I got to eat a hamburger made with it last night at dinner. It was a little spendy, but dam the flavor was so good! You could totally tell the difference. If you ever get the chance to try it I highly recommend it. It would be amazing to try the real stuff.
