Torrent boost

I am trying out this patch at home, supposibly it is suppose to raise your speeds of your torrents. It changes the 10 half-open connections limit in windows xp sp2 from 10 to 50. For those of you that use torrents may want to try this out.

It's suppose too, just click cancel and select to keep files.
