I am impressed with the "Adjustment of transmit power of wireless LAN, antenna selection, and 14 wireless channels"

I attempted to put this on my 54G last night, but the upgrade instantly fails everytime.  I have downloaded it a second time in case something happened the first time, but I downloaded DD-WRT if it doesn't work out...

I didn't have a problem just make sure to grab the correct one for your version, in fact just the other night i upgraded to the new version. By far this is my favorite firmware. I liked DD-WRT but i like the simplicity and functions of tomato.

Yeah I don't know what the deal is.  I downloaded the latest version for my 54G and it doesn't want to load

Did you follow the instructions? I think you have to do a full reset and make sure that the protected flash in tuned off in some routers. Also i know when i flashed mine the first time you have to wait like 2 minutes and then i didn't think it worked. I also had to do a physical reset afterwards also. Just be careful, you don't want to brick your router.

Trust me once you go, you won't go back.
