He touches on some of the laws named after people. One could also call into question the legality of hate crimes. "if you plan on killing someone, do it in a loving manner so that you don't get the additional charge of "hate crime."

I remember something someone said, "Everyone is a criminal", that's how laws are designed now.  Conspiracy theorists would claim this is to keep people oppressed, while others think that it's just the nature of the glut of laws we imposed on ourselves.  A  good solar flare (nature's EMP) would maybe reset a lot of this nonsense.
