Streaming Black Box

With all the modern day technology, and with the latest Iran Black Box problem, why not make the Black Boxes stream data to an offsite backup? I mean cellular or satellite technology is there for this why not take advantage of it? I'm sure most of it is technical data, it's not like they are streaming live video. The most would be audio, and even our phones can do that these days. Have it broadcast cellular, then a fail over to satellite. Boeing of who ever creates the aircraft could host the storage servers. It would solve a lot of these missing planes/can't find the Black Box/not willing to turn over problems.
