Wow. I love the cross fit fad. You have the tag team dead lift to clean to FAIL....what in the hell. Come on! The you have the dude with wrapped knees doing max weight squats.....in a squat rack not meant for that heavy of weight. Last one is typical tough guy power lifting....in an area not made for heavy weights....and add to that he hardly has any weight on the bar plus the straps. I hate the "olympic" lifters and their throwing and dropping of the bar. I know that's the method but still dumb.
I am only commenting on the ones I can see here at work. Now excuse me while I go workout and probably add to the list with my own crappy yet funny routine.
