Just wanted to say Teamviewer works great. Also has been helpful. Plus it's still free for personal use unlike some of the other programs that went pay. Nice and simple as well, and even has no install versions that work well without installing software on the machine. Mom was having a problem with two of her machines and I was to lazy to drive over there so I just remoted in. Works flawless as always and it has been a few years since I last used it. It this still everyone's choice for personal (not business) remote?

Not free. We use to use this at my old job to remote in. It worked well enough.
