Does anyone take probiotics? I think I have before a long time ago, but my Mom bought me some and wants me to start to take them. I know it's mostly 'good' bacteria that is suppose to help out. Almost like a septic system treatment in a way. Anyone else use them?
So I keep seeing this all over the place. It seems like it's the new "miracle drug" that seem to emerge every other year or so. What are your thoughts? Hot air or real results?
