Bear with fish or some object in mouth.

I don't think so, just watch the way it walks, has to be an elephant. Siberia is one of the last unexplored areas left on Earth just like the Amazon. You might be surprised what you would find.

That bear with the fish in its mouth is missing elephant ears.

You guys may be right, the more I look at it the more it does seem like a bear with a fish in it's mouth. Also why is it so blurry? If you really did spot something like that wouldn't you want to get as much video as possible of it?

This was my thought when watching it. If you spotted something incredibly rare or thought to be extinct you would focus the camera, right? You'd try to get up close enought to get proof, not some vague and blurry image. It probably isn't even a bear, it's probably a couple guys on stilts under a blanket and they left it blurry purposely...

I've like ndboarder, you have a chance, a once in a lifetime chance to capture something this rare wouldn't you do everything in your power to get more footage etc.?

It was a hoax, here is the original footage below. Notice it's not as blurry? And here is what the original photographer said:

I'm the guy that filmed the river footage in the Sayan Mountains that now hosts a fake woolly mammoth. It was taken in the summer of 2011, the river is the Kitoy river and I don't recall seeing a mammoth; there were bears, dear and sable to name a few mammals but no woolly mammoths. I had no idea my footage was used to make this fake sighting and question if a law was broken here.
