Everyone in tech jobs have them, those difficult users or customers (users in my case) who become, well difficult, when you try to explain something or everything is not exactly the way it was before. I mean, I do understand that from their view, but some show their ugly side.
Here's how it is (not what I really said)
Me: Welp, your computer is done for, but hey you're getting a NEW computer!
Them: *frown, pursed lips, & slightly frowed brows*, oh really
Me: Yeah, you know, a.....NEW computer! (animates a suprise hand gesture with a smile)
Them: Well gahdarn !@!&%, lucky me. I hate work, my life, and especially you!
Me: .....

What? As an employee at the place they should care less if their old computer dies or not. In fact they should be happy in getting a new computer. It's not costing them anything. I don't understand people's fears in getting new technology. It's great!

Yes I totally dread setting up a new pc for certain users. It's never "the same as it was"
