Why is it that when I want a cold glass of tap water its warm right away but when I want to wash my hands, its fricken freezing. Does this just happen to me? Seems like everytime its the opposite of what I want at that moment.

I was honestly thinking the same thing today. Lately our kitchen tap water has been warm all the time, it is weird. We keep water in the fridge at all times, so that helps.
