Colby is awesome for a stand alone cheese and putting on stuff.  Provolone mainly for sandwiches. Instead of cheesemakers, we can be fudgepackers....packing fudge in a fudge plant.

Come on guys, I heard experience is a plus.  I think the Hershey's plant would have some information, there's nothing like a lot of men in a plant packing fudge together. :Hot:
